It may be amongst mother nature or if there isn’t much greenery nearby look for a quiet place in your home or community. It could be in your room, the library or your church. Just take time to find a place to breath and reconnect with yourself. You’ll find that sometimes the answers you were searching for was hidden within and behind the noises of everyday life.
